At Impulse Coffees, we strive for the perfect brew every time, but due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans or grounds. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our quality guarantee standards for food safety.

Once approved, we will immediately initiate a replacement shipment at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
